About This Project

Delivered a fully-fledged LAN esports event for the Rainbow 6 Italian League at the Milan Games Week Gaming Fair. While taking care of my more familiar tasks as communications manager I undertook all critical aspects and secured an action-packed show for the attending public.

The project entailed:

• Vendors negotiations: Trophy realisation and stage design
• Show rundown operations: Sponsor activities, segments, interviews
• Audience participation: Meet and greet, physical fandom tokens (clappers, goodie bags)
• Video and photo crew overseeing: Live content and photography/videography outputs for social media distribution
• Stakeholders relationships: Served as liaison for Ubisoft and Sponsor representatives onsite
• Communication strategy: Press release output, social media campaign pre, during and post event, blog post on Ubisoft Website
